James showed up almost an hour late; in his defense, I found out later that he had emailed me that he was going to be late through the Angi project management system. I didn't see his email until after he had completed the work. He was a very cordial young man and did a good job cleaning the gutters from what I can tell. He gave me a good verbal report of what he had done. He cleaned up after himself. I cannot give him a higher rating because he came with his children in his car, one of whom was sick. Not very professional, but he explained that his wife is a caregiver and had to visit a client and he had to bring the kids with him. He didn't use any safety equipment. Given his discussion with me, I am not sure if he is insured.
