AMA Inc

I was in the middle of a flooring job in my bathroom and laundry room where my boiler is located. Mid-week, I woke to a very cold house. I waited for the flooring contractor to arrive as I thought, perhaps, he had done something meant to be temporary, to the boiler. The other thought was that he may have jostled something during his work. This was not the case. I called a handy man friend over who has worked on the boiler before. He could not solve the problem. He called AMA and withing an hour, my heat was back on. The man who came, Chad I believe is his name, called me the next morning after a search for the part. He was quite worried about me and whether what he did was still working since we did not replace the part. Well, it is two months later and lots of subzero weather has passed and the boiler is going strong. I will need to replace that boiler this year and I plan on calling on AMA to do the job.

This is not the first time we have used AMA. We have used them on a few occasions to fix heating and air conditioning services as they were required.
Every time they have been contacted, they have been prompt and professional. What I found very impressive is they were willing to talk to us. The minimum charge is one hour service. Even if they fix the problem or do the work in less than an hour, they will do other work or inspections to ensure you get the full hour of work (unlike some contractors who will have a minimum hour charge and then leave after 30 minutes). AMA is what a contractor should be.
