Fixed and connected as serviced. Had two shut off added to move water in lines when it gets too cold in winter, however, lines in crawl area not angles Told after more frozen pipes. I would need to have air blown lines and since it is cold should have insulated. After the fact! Then would not come back to repair, tight fit, normal size guy would not fit. Owner would have to work, got a call two months later to fix. I said no.

My experience with Burnett Plumbing Company went very well. They did a very good job. He was very cordial and personable. That's not always easy to find with plumbers. He was here about four hours, so it made the experience a lot more bearable. He installed everything in a professional manner.

- 1st time Rob arrived on time - great because both toilets in our home were disabled. He was so nice, professional, clean, quick and toilets are level and work as they should. We talked about water softeners and that we have one that's a year old and soft water is unpredictable plus we go through a 50 lb. bag of salt each month in a supposedly efficient softener.He took samples back - 1 from before the softener and 1 after softener. Steve (owner) called me and said I was correct - no soft water. He sent Luke to evaluate situation - Luke found that system is too small for us but instead of a hard sell to replace it with one they sell that they know is better, he adjusted for more frequent running - more salt but we have soft water and will have them replace this one when we catch up from floor replacement costs. This company has been a breath of fresh air - they did what they said they would - such nice and competent people. We could have been taken advantage of but their honesty will go a long way in who we call and recommend for future plumbing needs and crisis. They are the great people you hope you never have to see again.

Went well. was completed in timely fashion only delays were the carpenter completing his work.

They were expensive, but, came right away. They did the work and were good. Basically, they get high ratings and I will continue to use them in the future. They don't handle big jobs, we had a busted pipe, and they weren't able to do it.
