Interior Painting
I called and told her the room to be painted was about 12' X 13'. She gave me an estimate of $400. I was under a deadline, so I hired her. The room was actually 11' X 12'. She was on time, and tapped the room and painted it. She told me it would need 2 coats. I had to leave, and she told me the job would be $510 plus the cost of the paint. She was here for 5 1/2 hours, and I felt very "ripped off" by the cost. The room was smaller than what she had quoted, so I assumed the second coat would be part of the original charge. She said this was a very easy job, as there was nothing (no furniture) in the room. I would NOT hire her, nor would I recommend hiring her. I think she took advantage of the fact that I needed someone quickly, even though she didn't need to make any change in her schedule.

SHE WAS VERY FAST AND DID VERY GOOD WORK. SHE REALLY GOT THE JOB DONE.
