They are very responsive and the sales people are great.  They did everything to correct any miscommunications during the process.  In the end the sales person and I seemed to have a different picture in mind when it came to trees.  Initially they quoted about 9 trees and in the end we needed close to 20.  This was much more than the original budget.  Also recommended a granite type walk which is a nightmare but not their fault.  I should have looked into that type before ordering it.  My "dis-satisfaction" if you want to call it that is with the trees.  Both the size and quality.  I expected after talking with the sales person the trees to be much bigger.  I also feel the quality of the trees are not the greatest.  I have one that is completely dead and at least two more that are on their way to the grave.  We have one year warranty so I will hope they are replaced with something a little more able to withstand our soil.

We used Quality Landscaping last year for our 1-1/2 acre property, and we were pleased with their service and pricing.  We've had two lawn treatments so far this year.  It seems their pricing may have increased since 2013, but we remain pleased with the service overall.  The first treatment missed some areas of the property, but the company was back out within a couple days of our contact.  The second treatment seems to have missed some spots as well, but nothing much, and it may be understandable that the sprayer was trying to avoid spraying our planting beds.  We completed the treatments ourselves in the missed spots, and Quality agreed to issue a credit for the chemicals we purchased.  Ultimately, I think the quality of the actual work could be a little more thorough, but the communication has been prompt and professional, and we plan to continue using Quality Landscaping into the foreseeable future.

The team at Quality Landscape did an excellent job. When I told them what I needed done they responded quickly with an inspection and a quote (some companies took so long to provide a quote that I decided not to use them).  They came to my house in a timely manner and did an excellent job. The work was great and they cleaned up after themselves. I plan on using them again this summer to lay out some hardscaping.

Work started on time and lasted two and one half weeks.  (Several days more than estimate due to weather delays.)   Installers were personable, hard working, and cleaned up every day before leaving.  Results turned out even better than we had envisioned.
Their cost was a bit above our lowest bid, but they did honor the 5% Angie's List discount which had almost expired.  Overall, we are very happy with the project.   

We had an excellent experience with Quality from start to finish.  We met Joe from operations at the Waukesha landscape show in April and looked at the company's pitctures and liked what we saw.  We went home and scheduled an appointment to meet with the salesperson.  Joe Klumb came to our house and looked at the location, asking lots of questions about what we were looking for and our price range.  He then showed us more pictures to get a sense of what we liked and did not like from other patios/landscaping.  We contracted with him on the spot for drawings of the concept, and had them back in 10 days.  We really liked what he provided, and made the down payment on the work in mid-May.  Then we waited for the weather to break and our turn in the queue, and we got started on June 20, at which point it rained 4 out of 5 days for the next two weeks, but T.J. put in a valiant effort, even in the rain some days, pulling out the concrete slabs and the bushes, etc.  We were very impressed with the long hours that the workers all put in, but especially T.J.  Overall, the work took four weeks to complete, we had alot of building and infrastructure to take care of first .  They were great at recommendations for improving the design as we went through the process, which we had indicated our openness to, and so we added some lighting on the steps and took out a design that was too big for the area intended.   The front yard also turned out great.  We would highly recommend this company, they did great work for us.

The whole experience with them went extremely well. The sales representative (Mike Peters) that provided us with our estimate was punctual, courteous, and up front about all aspects of the job. He showed up on time for the appointment for the estimate, was willing to provide a ball park cost without a formally written estimate (the actual cost was less), and provided an honest estimate of when work would begin (the estimate was written June 5th and he indicated the work would be done in late July and it was actually done on July 13th). Mike followed up with phone calls on a couple of occasions after providing the estimate (which apparently is company policy) to see if we had made a decision and he was very understanding of our need to wait for other estimates to be provided by other contractors. The actual work was done was wonderful - the walkway looks great and is absolutely rock solid. The two man crew was polite, and obviously knew what they were doing. They let my wife and I know how they were progressing during the course of the day and were considerate of their impact on our day - as an example, they asked repeatedly if their music was too loud or if it was disturbing us (it was neither). QLLM was the most expensive of our three estimates we received for the work, but it wasn't ridiculous ($200 more than the least expensive). They also required putting a third of the cost down to get us on their work calender (which I was a little leery of at first), but in retrospect I was worried for no reason. Overall we couldn't be happier with our walkway or our experience. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The experience was great.  They did a great job.

They replaced it with a stone retaining wall. They did an excellent job and the crew that worked on it were hard working and professional. I would highly recommend them. Everything was cleaned beautifully.

Went well!!

The staff and crew were open to our original ideas, then they provided excellent, creative suggestions.  The workmanship is outstanding and the crew is professional, staying with the job.  After each work day and prior to weekends, the crew does a great job cleaning the area.  My husband and I were most impressed with their willingness to make minor revisions as we went along.  The project is still underway and we even have additional plans for this company in another area of our property.

The thing that was very good about them was that the person who designed it came out a multiple times to our house to design it and to work on my budget. The work was excellent designed up with everything. It was great and ended up nicely. However they didn’t follow up after the work but it was fine. Their price was compatible to others.

They are very good.  They charge $40 per treatment.  They are very polite and conscientious.  Because I have a large fence and backyard and I have 2 dogs, I had requested them to always call when they are going to come to make sure that my dogs are inside.  They will always call before coming.

The 2 guys did a great job on the specified work.  They were very polite and everything was left neat and tidy.  I had several quotes and felt that they were very fair in their price.  I gave them a "C" for punctuality because I had scheduled the work 5-6 weeks prior and was told that I would be put on the calendar since it was the busy summer season, which was fine.  However, they never called in advance to say when they would be there.  The guys were just there one morning to do the work.  Just would have preferred some advanced notice.

It was excellent. They had great workmanship. They provided quality service. They also had good communication skills. They were professional, and they did excellent work. They were on time, and their punctuality was great. The quality of the work was good.

They were very timely. They checked several times to make sure that we were happy with the work. They got the drawings done quickly for us to submit to the association. We were happy with them. The price was very reasonable.

Easiest contract work we have had done so far. Trustworthy and great customer service.
