It did not go well. Purchased an Ego battery powered snow blower. Product failed within the first hour of use. Store told me to contact manufacturer and submit a warranty claim. Did that, Ego contacted the store (talked to Sandy, owner) and she claims that the product works and that I, the customer, just changed my mind. BS! In an earlier conversation with Sandy, she acknowledged the product was defective, and offered me three choices, 1. Store credit, 2. swap with a gas unit of equal value, 3. she would sell to someone else and then refund my money. The third option caught my attention, since this product was DELIVERED with out packaging to my home in the back of a van. Might it have been a defect product before and I just got scammed. Either way, DO NOT purchase anything of consequence from this store. Highly un-ethical business practices.
