Oxi Fresh of Grafton Carpet Cleaning

I had a coupon. It is very nifty service. It dries in four hours rather than two days. Somehow their process uses a minimal amount of water. You set up a fan on it, and it dries in a couple of hours.

Not well. We decided to use Oxy Fresh for its green products but unfortunately ended up putting our family's health at risk due to the service provided. We had our carpet cleaned about a year after having it installed. The carpet was damp longer than it should have been and immediately smelled like mildew. I contacted the provider who sent someone back out to the house. However, the tool he brought did not dry the carpet nor did it alleviate the problem. I contacted the provider again whose only suggestion was to run a dehumidifier, which we did for weeks. The room has continued to smell like mildew ever since the carpet was originally cleaned by Oxy Fresh. We finally had time and money to tear out the carpet only to find mold everywhere on the carpet. We suspected this would be the case given how wet the carpet was when Oxy Fresh cleaned it. We also pulled out old carpet in other rooms of our house that has been cleaned by multiple providers over that years that had no mold on it. If you care about the investments in your home and your family's health, I would not use this provider.

It went fine. They're always on time. They always did the job. It was reasonable because it was a special that they have.

It was just okay. They did fine. Their response time was good, and they were fast at getting it clean. But it didn’t stay clean. I would not use them again in the future.

Was really nice. Cleaned well and since it uses a dryer process it was dry within a couple hours at the most.

Wonderful experience - you must try this company.  Called and spoke with a girl who made the arrangements for the cleaning; I got an appointment within a week.  The man was prompt and called prior to coming to let me know he was on his way.  He walked through each of the rooms and looked for any areas that needed pre-treating.  He also asked if I had any concerns or problem areas.
He did a great job on the carpets and I would definitely recommend them.

The owner called me on Sunday (appt was on Monday am) to ask if it was okay to move our appointment back by one hour, because one of his employees had an emergency and he would be coming out himself to clean our carpets. We very much appreciated not having to reschedule the appointment, because my husband had arranged his work schedule to be home for the morning.
The quality of the work was great- we have had 3 different carpet cleaning services and this is by far the best. We had a pretty bad stain from Children's Tylenol in one of the bedrooms, which had turned dark with time. Our living room also had juice stains from where my one year old took his sister's juice box, ran into the room and squirted it absolutely everywhere! That stain is completely gone as well. The only stain that remained is one that has been here since we bought the house, so I wasn't expecting it to go anywhere.
The carpet was completely dry when I returned home 4 hours later, and there was no chemical odor whatsoever.
 The one small critique I would give is that little styrofoam pieces were not put under the coffee table and some of the accent chairs in the living room and family room. Consequently, the piling was pushed down when the carpeting was damp, which caused it to become very compressed. After a good vacuuming I'm still waiting to see if it will pop back up again, but I'm somewhat doubtful, but it's not terribly apparent.
Overall- the best carpet cleaning service we've hired.

Could not have gone better...arrived on time and completed all the work in under 2 hours.  We had done numerous renovations and the carpets were very dirty with many stains from pets and an ink pen.  We were thinking we would need to replace all the carpets, but they now look new again!  All the stains came out and the carpets were dry in about an hour.  We have had carpets cleaned by many methods throughout the country and Oxi Fresh was by far the best we have had.  We will definitely use them again...highly recommended.

I called Betsy at Oxi Fresh in Cedarburg and she was very attentive to my desire to get this done quickly.  She asked what specifically we needed done and conveyed this to her tech, Kevin.  Kevin was "Johnny-on-the-spot" (No pun intended!) and did a great job cleaning and protecting our newly cleaned carpets.  I used Angie's List hoping to find a good provider and we did.  Thanks!

They were very professional, very prompt, easy to schedule, and they did a great job in cleaning the carpets. They were hardworking and honest, and the quality of the cleaning was excellent. I would use them again in the future.

I really like them for a couple of reasons, they use chemical cleaning which dries fast, you don't have to stay off the carpet for a whole day, and the guy that came was pleasant, friendly, and interacted with our grand kids.  He was very fast, too.  They get all high ratings and I will continue to use them. 

I spent $149 on the job. They did a really good job. I liked it that the carpets were not wet; the carpets were just a little damp, but they dried fast. They do not use harsh chemicals; that is why I use them. They use natural products. They were easy to make appointment with. I will use them again in the future.

After Alex cleaned the room it looked looked great and the blood stain was completly gone. However, the stain reappeared the next day, although much lighter than it was previously. One phone call to Oxi Fresh and Alex came back out and recleaned the stain area. The stain went away and has not reappeared. There was no extra charge.

The rugs were cleaned well. The process they use leaves less moisture on the carpet allowing it to dry faster. The area rugs were completely dry within an hour.
