The job went very good. I have used this guy for years and we have become like friends. We have a lot in common and we talk. They are thorough and do the job quickly. He has 2-3 guys with him and they are in and out. They are punctual most of the time.

They did a good job, there was one large window they could not reach from the inside so it had to be left undone. Next year we will arrange for them to bring a painters ladder for that one. Their price was less than half what I was quoted by the number one recommended service on your site.

They do very good work. I have never been unhappy with their work. They clean my windows inside and out. Very professional. They always show up on time. I have never had any trouble or problems. I have been a customer for almost 8 years. They also do commercial windows.

I made an appointment approximately 1 month prior. North Shore Window Cleaning showed up on the day scheduled and did a great job cleaning the windows and screens. I was able to leave a key for them so I didn't have to be home when they came, which was very convenient for me. They left an invoice and I mailed them the payment.

THERE WAS A LARGE ENOUGH CREW (4) TO COMPLETE THE JOB PROMPTLY. ALSO, I HAVE NUMEROUS FLOWER BEDS BORDERING THE HOUSE & THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE PLANTS.

HARRY CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY AND REPEATEDLY WHEN I WAS TRYING TO REACH HIM. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, AS WERE HIS EMPLOYEES. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THAT. ONCE THEY ARRIVED, THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION ABOUT WHETHER THEY DO THREE-STORY HOMES OR NOT. STILL, THEY TRIED TO REACH AS MANY THIRD-STORY WINDOWS AS POSSIBLE FROM THE INSIDE OR WITH LADDERS EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE RUNNING LATE. I''D USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT QUESTION. IN THE PAST, I''VE FOUND THAT WINDOW CLEANERS ARE NOT TERRIBLY RELIABLE OR PROFESSIONAL. THESE GUYS WERE GREAT--LIKE PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTORS.
