They didnt meet promised services and guidelines. They went down 3 feet and less than that in some spots. they did not do 360 degrees around the house. Caused damage to my house and air conditioner. The guy operating the big machine was not qualified. He was short, and demanding. This was a bad experience. He bit off more than he could chew.
