flooring contractor
+ -1 moreInitial contact was good. They were willing to accomodate our schedule. However, the refinishing was terrible. We have sander marks and inclusions that we have to live with until we refinish our floors which is not something you can do every day. Also, the owner indicated afterward that he would come meet with us regarding the finish (not that it could have been rectified). He never contacted us again. (The only reason he contacted us at all was to check if tools were left on the jobsite which they were not). The crew was friendly and the repairs completed were good but without a quality sanding and finishing, it doesn't matter.
Description of Work: Refinish 100 year old hardwood floors. Replace a section of damaged flooring.
