The owner of Dragonfly, Lee, always meets with me to see what I have in mind. And then he and his staff look for the materials that I have in mind. Oftentimes, he will meet me at the actual tile vendor to pick out the materials. He tries to find competitive pricing as well. If the job is more specific, he lays out the tile first for us to see and approve. He is always on time, and I trust him in my home.

We remodeled two homes, and built one. Lee and Jane Callawert went with me to pick out tile, price shopped for me, and gave a great deal of input in the right kinds of tile for each job they did. They pay a lot of attention to detail and my jobs came out beautifully. They cost a little more than your average tile person, but it's well worth it.

Dragonfly Tile and Stoneworks are doing my house right now. They are expensive but worth it. They are a lot more than the average tiles people because they give a lot of artistic inputs. They don’t just install tiles, but also act as consultants.

Lee came in and measured,and gave me an estimate. I had already chosen the tile I wanted and it was ordered. After the tile arrived, it was installed and the grouting completed. The job was done fast and in a very tidy manner. They even went to the hardware store and got extra long screws that were needed to replace the switch covers. I would call them again for another project.

I was very well satisfied. They return phone calls promptly and were able to schedule the work within a couple of weeks that I had first contacted them. They worked around my schedule. Lee, installer, worked very neatly. I am very pleased with the over all project.

Lee and Jane are wonderful people to work with. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and an artist; they are professional and on time. They strive to keep the customer happy and take a tremendous amount of pride in their work. They assist with picking out time/stone, they met us at quarry, and took time out of extremely busy schedule.

Not only do I dread calling all sorts of places for a quote, I especially can't stand places that do not return your calls. This was NOT the case with these people at all. Jane took care of all of the details and Lee executed the plan. The outcome was phenomenal. I received all sorts of compliments on my slate tiled hall. After the first day, I even left a key for these people so I didn't have to be home to let them in. That's how much I trusted them. I was out of town for the last couple days of the project, and my pets could not be in the hallway. Dragonfly FED my cats AND cleaned the litter box (when is the last time someone did that?). The price and the time frame were exactly as promised. These people do very well in the detail department and follow through. Being in a business where this is paramount, I really appreciated their efforts and talents.

LEE AND JANE FROM DRAGONFLY GET IT. THEY CALL YOU BACK, SHOW UP ON TIME AND ARE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL TILE GROUP I HAVE DEALT WITH TO DATE. I AM THANKFUL FOR ANGIE'S LIST SINCE TWO TILE GROUPS HAD COME TO BID AND THEN WOULDN'T RETURN OUR CALL TO FOLLOW-UP. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE PLANNING WITH THE OTHER CONTRACTORS WAS SUPERB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GROUP FOR ALL YOUR TILING AND PLANNING NEEDS.

NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT GOOD RESULTS FOR THE PRICE. EXCELLENT RESULTS. THEY HAVE AN ARTISTIC SENSIBILITY. CAN HANDLE CREATIVE REQUESTS AND DIFFICULT TASKS.
