The company failed to order enough product for the job and refused to get more product expedited to complete the job timely. The salesperson and owner do not hold themselves accountable. They are consistently inconsistent!

Everything went perfectly. We had a wounder experience and will buy from them again.

I have worked with the team at Carpets Galore and have never been disappointed. Their knowledge, willingness to go the extra mile and great prices keep me coming back.

They are okay. It went fine. It was bundled package for tile and work. They installed and did a really nice job. The problem was the tile they got the last box tiles were cracked which was kind of a hassle that wasn't the installers fault. Carpets Galore ordered only the minimum amount so the problem with that was we had a floor being done and so it is just through us off the schedule. The installer did a great job. Carpets Galore had to plan a little better in terms of ordering little bit more tile. The pricing was real good. I would use the installer again and for tiles I would probably talk to some other people.

I have been using them for over 26 years. They provide free estimates, do all of the measuring and guarantee it to be accurate. If they do make a mistake, they will stand behind their service to make it right.

We went to Carpets Galore after Home Depot sold the carpeting we had arranged to purchase out from under us.  Mark found us a close (if not identical) match and, since we were now faced with going over budget, even gave us a small discount to order to help out.  His installers, Mike and Jason, were prompt, professional and completed the job in the allotted time frame.  THE ROOM LOOKS GREAT!  Thanks, Mark.  We will defintely come back if we're ever in the need of carpeting again. 

Found company based on referral from friends.  Staff at retail location was courteous and helpful.  Compared to two other carpeting stores we went to, their prices were excellent, and the quality of the product was very good.  Staff member came to our home and provided an estimate, as well as answering questions.  Very helpful and informative.

The installers were courteous and professional.  Installation took longer than expected (whole day instead of half day).  I feel this was in large part due to the meticulous way the installer worked.

Overall, a very pleasant experience compared to another carpet store we dealt with.   Great pricing and service.  Highly recommended.

They were not cheap but the pricing was very good when compared to others for the same product. Product knowledge was excellent, sales process was pleasant, and they kept us informed about the status of our order. They also have a great selection of well priced "remnants" in their back room. We will definitely use them again.

The Linoleum ended up being a little bit more expensive than the carpets because they do a fitting job to put in the Linoleum flooring. I didn't think the price was bad because they put in an incredible amount of work in and it is very nicely done I must say. They were extremely patient because I was painting the room at that time. We went to select it and then I had to ask them to wait because I wanted to complete the painting before I put in nice carpeting. Actually, I didn't want to trip anything on it while doing the ceiling. I gave them the order; they zipped in and finished it up so they were very responsive. I will give them A's all over the place because I have had a very good experience. They were also very professional, gave us good advice on the carpet and it?s very lovely. I am very happy.

This report is based on my first and last visit. We want to install wool carpeting and they do sell a line of it. When I walked in the store to inquire about natural carpet the salesperson took a condescending tone and asked me a series of questions that were basically designed to humiliate... it seemed like he scoffed at the whole idea of natural carpet and at anyone who would see value in it. If he had spoken with me in a professional manner to explain what he thinks about the actual value of the product that would've been welcome. Instead he really seemed interested in basically laughing in the face of someone who was earnestly trying to buy what is best for their family.

Mark and Steve were great to work with. Took MANY samples home and was in the store three different times. They were very patient with my husband and I as we were trying to decide on carpet or hardwood.

I was unable to find a suitable area rug for my daughters room, so Mark ordered a small amount of wall to wall carpet (violet shag!) and bound the edges. It's the perfect size, shape, and color. I love it. Plus it cost less than most of the other options I was considering.

We wanted inexpensive carpet for our partially finished basement room-Mark brought a good selection of samples to the house and was even prepared to offer us more money saving options (like a runner instead of full carpet on the stairs). His quote was a little more than half of the quote from the Big Box home goods store for similar or better quality carpet. Plus the customer service was so much better! The work was scheduled around some other work being done at the house, and the carpet looks great. I later went to the showroom to select a remnant and saw they have an extensive selection of flooring options.
