From the first moment meeting with Kim we felt very comfortable working with him. He listened to us well in the planning stages and gave us great suggestions. He seemed easliy to get our idea of what we wanted to do. His estimate came back higher than other bids but I think his was by far the most accurate. We had no unexpected cost increases unless we opted for something new or added on. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and we did most of it long distance from our home. I felt complete trust with him . His work was quick, high quality and beautiful. He works with his sons as well and they were great to work with, interact with on the job site. Any subcontractors that he used were across the board, very good to work with. We had done a home remodel prior to this and had a challenging experience and this was completely different. I would gladly recommend him in the future.
Description of Work: General Contracting and management of remodeling of log bunkhouse into a full cabin with deck, plumbing and septic, new windows, deck and specialty contruction, custom cabinets and countertops, new floors to match old, etc
