The company was prompt in coming out the same day I called, They do good work as I have used them in the past, my only concern is they seemed to be a little pricey, charging $200.00 dollars to change out two locks.

The locksmith arrived on time. He was focused on his work and the job to change four locks was completed in about an hour. He was very polite and courteous.

He showed up promptly on time, recommended an efficient way to re-key the easiest locks, and was done within 45 minutes after doing 3 doors, and providing us with 6 new keys.

He arrived ahead of schedule, called first, and the work was completed quickly. He also gave me extra keys for my children.

The service David provided was excellent and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Getting an appointment was easy and when I needed to reschedule the appointment at the last minute due to a work emergency, he was flexible and professional. He arrived on time for the second appointment, completed the work quickly, and was done in less than an hour. He had me test the lock while he was there to ensure the new lock and keys worked. The price of the work was less than I expected and I am happy knowing that my home is secure again.

The repair went well and he communicated what he was going to do -prior to doing the repair.

I emailed Deskalo Safe & Lock after I purchased a new home so that they could re-key some deadbolts. I sent the email at 3:30 on a Friday indicating we'd like the work done within the week, but no rush. They replied within 10 minutes and we agreed to talk on Monday about setting up a time. I called on Monday and set up a 9:00 appointment on Tuesday. David showed up promptly, made some good suggestions on how best to secure our home, and all the work was done within 40 minutes. He did his work promptly and without disturbing me. Very professional.

Very smoothly. He was friendly and professional, explaining what the problems were and some additional work that could be done to improve the situation long term.

David was punctual, polite, professional and did an excellent job. Overall, I recommend him highly. He gave me an appointment time the morning after I called him. The only downside was the cost: $295. For an 90 minute job, this price felt excessive. I have not, however, had any recent experience with a locksmith so am not familiar with their pricing structure.

I called early in the week and we set an appointment that worked for both of our schedules. They arrived promptly and had all five locks/one key changed within a half hour. I would definitely use them again.

This provider far exceeded my expectations. The technician was prompt, personable, and very competent. He identified and repaired another issue with a storm door closure arm. The service call took less than an hour and I was provided with additional keys - all of which were checked by the technician and myself to ensure that they would work in the door locks. I would highly recommend this provider for their integrity and the quality of the work.

David showed up quickly with little notice and was able to fix our old mortise front door lock and handle (which are original to our 98-year-old home), changing the key interface, and adding new hardware where needed. He was extremely nice and professional. I would absolutely use him again and would strongly recommend him to others.

He was courteous and quick to respond. The first time he discovered he needed to get a special tool so we rescheduled for the following week. The next time, he completed the project in under an hour and for the price he estimated. Also tightened and lubricated all the locks. I would definitely work with him again.

Mr. Deskalo was courteous on the phone, and gave us an estimate which was very competitive with the other locksmiths we contacted.
When Mr. Deskalo arrived, he examined the work sites and asked questions to get clarity on what we wanted done, re-capped the pricing, and then set to work. He worked quickly, and ended up discounting his work on the latch plate because he said it didn't take him as long as he had expected. He cleaned up after himself and accepted a credit card payment on the spot. 
The quality of work was excellent. We have had zero issues with our locks. The latch plate was fitted perfectly, and is a huge visual improvement over the damaged wood that it covered. At every point, Mr. Deskalo displayed complete courtesy and professionalism We would definitely use him again, and would recommend him to friends, family, and neighbors.
