+ 0 moreI planned the revision for months and interviewed 3 prospects before selecting Brian. He's a home builder, but I never felt like my job was too small. He seemed to understand what I wanted, and he encouraged me to talk with his other customers. They both said he was 'precise' and he 'didn't leave a mess'. He arranged to have the cabinets delivered and disposed of my old ones. The job was started on time and finished before expected. He and his partner were trust-worthy and hard-working. It looks perfect - he is a prefectionist! Terranova Construction made my vision a reality without any problems. Very businesslike
Description of Work: Kitchen remodel, mid-1950's kitchen. Remove 10 old cabinet/countertop. Working from (new) floorplan, install 16 pre-built base and wall cabinets and countertop. Some specialty/detail work required. Willing to offer suggestions if asked. OK with plan revisions.

+ -1 moreHe was a nice enough person. After he provided the estimate he followed up on it. The reason I did not go with him was the fact that he said he would not do the painting. He said I would have to contract it out to someone else. I didn't feel comfortable about that and I wasn't really comfortable with him. I don't think it was any fault of his. I wouldn't oppose to getting his estimates for other projects, though.

+ 1 moreI called Brian Terranova construction for an estimate on Sept. 13, 2010, they were at my home the same day. I had three other estimates done that week and decided on Brian Terranova construction. We made arrangements to start the work on the following Monday (Sept.20, 2010). They were at my home on time and were very polite and clean. They set up in the backyard and did all there cutting back there. When they left you would never have known they were there. This was the first home remodeling project I have had done. I was worried about evrerything, quility, mess, time. Brian Terranova construction made this experiance very nice< they will deffinatly be doing my next remodeling project.
Description of Work: I had new interior trim put around 11 windows and 9 doors and all the base boards.
