This is a Chevrolet/Toyota complex. They are not very trustworthy. I had a Chevrolet and Andrew would say they fixed something and then something associated with it would break a couple of months later. This happened a couple of times. One time it was on a muffler system and another on the sensors that are associated with pollution control. So I don't go there any more for my Chevrolet. A couple of years transpired and I bought a Toyota. I have been going there for my Toyota service work.for about the last three years and I have been pretty happy with them. All of a sudden a part they replaced last year had to be replaced this year -- a dust cover on the right rear axle. I talked to someone there and he said it was surprising and they would have the manager call me on Monday. He has not called for two weeks. Now I have concerns about Andrew Toyota as well as Andrew Chevrolet.

I really like this dealership. The staff really try to explain what is going on with your car and only do the work that is needed. I will be using this dealership to service my Chevrolet Equinox and will shop here if I want to purchase a new or used car. This dealership was a refreshing change to other service places, I don't feel like I am being cheated or insulted because I am a woman. I have had minor things diagnosed without charge by the service director and I have also been told that some things don't need to be fixed (on a previous vehicle that we no longer own). I also feel good recommending this dealership to others. They have been great for us!

I bought my blazer 204 in July. I have the oil, lube and filter change done there. You can just drive in and the will take you right away and finish it in about 15 or 20 minutes. They fixed the environmental part that was short and that was the only major expense with them. They also check the tires and rotate them and check everything else. They know what they are doing and get things done quickly. The price is a little more than some of the others, but for the work they do it s worth it. They are professional, responsive and punctual. You get a free cookie for every service and I also got 3 cookies when I has the environmental part fixed.

I had been waiting to bring in the car until a recurrent temperature-related problem resurfaced so they could work on it at a standard service interval. When I called to make the appointment, the service advisor told me that Andrew was no longer a Nissan dealer, but that they could do the work I needed (I was out of luck with the recurrent problem, however, since they no longer had diagnostic equipment. This was upsetting since I already had at least $1,000 invested in a problem that wasn't fixed). Standard service was done OK. I had ordered the cupholder some time previously, and it arrived when I was out of town for several weeks. Unbeknownst to me, they sent it back to the warehouse in my absence, so it was not available when I brought the car in for service. I did not find out that it had to be reordered (and I would have to make a second trip in) until I came to pick up my car. Andrew notified me the part had arrived, and I came in to have it installed; they had said they could just "pop it in," and no appointment was necessary. Initially they couldn't find the part, then when they did, they discovered that it couldn't just be popped in, so I had to wait (on a day when I was busy and wasn't planning for this delay) for 30-45 minutes while they installed it.

This is the worst service experience I have ever encountered. This was the first and last time I will go to Andrew for service. I also purchased the vehicle at this dealership and that is why I went there for service. When I went to pick up the vehicle the first time, they did not fix the sagging headliner, it was the same way it was when I dropped it off. Later the same day went back and the person fixing it had done something to cause the sunroof not to work. At this time, the service manager came to help us. I had to ask to get a car since now it was going to be another day before my car would be fixed. Finally when I went back the next day, the car was fixed even though there was a scratch in the sunroof cover from where the person who fixed the car placed a screw in a bracket to hold the light in the headliner, which caused the sunroof issue. I will never use Andrews service again. Their customer service is also horrible due to bad communication of what they fixed.
