He is very good natured but not competent. He does not like giving estimates as he is disorganized and slow in completing the work. He goes off rack and does additional work which he does not get approval for. He claims he charges by the job but he ends up listing his hours and calculating work per hour. I spent practically a year and several tens of thousands of dollars with him and I still have no workable main bathroom and no kitchen. He promised to complete the job but never returned. Much of that work he was already paid for via a contract that he never upheld. Finding another contractor to finish what he started has been tough since he left my house in such disarray.
