40 Owner came out reviewed my backup conditions. Quickly reviewed my drain layout and decided where to snake my drain. It was discovered I had a drain root. He quickly snaked the drain and suggested a preventative additive to prevent the roots from growing back. Solution still works.

EXPENSIVE but feel they can charge whatever they want because they are one of the few people that do this job. "
