I was satisfied with the actual install of the windows when I finally did receive the service. Very unprofessional office staff. For that reason alone I would not recommend the company, its sad that one person would cause me to write this review. The woman I spoke to multiple times in the office was extremely unprofessional, multiple excuses for the wait on the windows (5 months late), laughing a me when I asked to speak to someone else, making clicking noises into the phone when she was checking her paperwork and would not respond back to voicemails.

They did a fabulous job. They probably had 300 man hours. They were pretty impressive. I'd recommend them to anyone. They were all professionals. It is a family run organization and they cover pretty much the whole state. I am very impressed with the windows and they were top notch. Quality all the way!
