They always have been very responsive. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and even had the part already in his truck. He was in and out in 15 minutes.

Used them for a furnace check up and tune up. Dale was very knowledgable and answered my long list of questions. He was able to give me tips and information that is very useful for a new homeowner.

TRI-TECH WAS VERY PROMPT IN THEIR SERVICE. WE WERE VERY SURPRISED THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THE THERMOSTAT WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF CONTACTING THEM. WE THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD TAKE A LONG TIME SINCE IT WAS SUCH A SMALL JOB. THEY ALSO PROVIDED US WITH GOOD INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROGRAM OUR THERMOSTAT.

HE WAS VERY HONEST WITH ME WHEN IT CAME TIME TO REPLACE MY FURNACE. HE TOLD ME I COULD GET A COUPLE MORE YEARS OUT OF MY AIR CONDITIONER SO I DIDNT NEED TO REPLACE IT QUITE YET. HE IS VERY PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND HE DOES VERY GOOD WORK. HE RESPONDS QUICKLY TO EMERGENCIES AND HE IS JUST SUCH A NICE, HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY GUY.
