I called Jason (the garage door guy) around 10:AM and he came to my house in less than 2 hours.He assessed the problem and fixed it quickly.Now my garage door is working smoothly than before.

Jason inspected three old garage doors and openers in a house we newly moved to. He recommended two of the openers and tracks be replaced. He gave a fair price for that and returned the next week to complete the job. Very well done work. Highly recommend.

Jason returned my call within one hour of leaving a message.  Appointment was made and he arrived promptly.  He assessed what needed to be done, and gave me several options.  The repairs were made, plus he lubricated the hinges and tracks and the door now works better than ever!  Price was very fair and I would recommend The Garage Door Guy to anyone needing garage door repairs!

In Nov, 2014, Jason replaced my garage door. He did a great job then. So when my opener stopped working I called Jason again. It was so cold out. Garage door opener just stopped working . The nylon gear was chewed up. Jason explained that this is common in the cold with old openers. Mine was pre 1991. I called on Sat. We agreed it could wait until Monday. Jason came exactly when he said he would. (Even though it was still very cold) installed the new Lift Master door opener, and keyless entry pad in under 2 hrs. Works great! Glad I called Jason again.

I found "The Garage Door Guy" flyer at Menards where I was looking at garage doors.  I looked him up on Angie's List.  The ratings were good, but not too many of them.  So, I called.  Jason returned my call quickly.  He came over to the house to measure the door.  Then we talked.  (Note:  I called another highly rated garage door place that did not return my two calls after I left messages  I am glad they did not call me back, as Jason was great.)  I bought the door through Jason, even though Jason said he would install a door, and even pick up a door if I purchased it from Menards.  But the cost of the Menard's door plus insulation, did not seem as good as a value as buying directly through Jason.  He gave me a website too look at.  I bought the 2" insulated door for my 16' by 6.5' garage door.  Which was better than the door I was looking at at Menard's.  The old door was really old and bad, the tracks were bent, etc.  Jason and one other person came punctually at the ageed upon date and time.  He took away the old door and replaced with the new.  It just took a few hours.  No mess left for me. He put on a very nice weather stripping and fixed the boards at the side frame of my garage for no extra charge.  The cost included everything!  The door, the installation, the hall away of the old door, the weather stripping and a 3 yr warranty.  I got a better quality door than I had originally planned.  I have had the door about 7 weeks and all is working great.  Jason was very professional.  I would definitely recommend him.

My garage door broke on a Tuesday morning before work. I found Jason, the Garage Door Guy on Angie's List. I called and left a message that morning, and received a call back within an hour. Promptness was important because my garage door was not able to completely close. Jason came out later that afternoon and fixed my main problems (safety cables and reinforcing), but also did additional maintenance at no additional costs. If you are looking for a small business that is more concerned with personal and quality service rather than nickel and diming, this would be it.

Jason was very accommodating to my scheduled and showed up when he said he would. They were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. He had to come out 3 separate times (parts not all available at once), but they didn't complain or charge separate trip charges. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The spring broke and I couldn't operate the overhead door. He came out in a heavy snow storm, replaced the springs, and lubed everything up. I'm completely satisified and recommend The Garage Door Guy highly.

I found him on Craigslist a while back and called because the header above one of my doors where the springs are mounted was pulling out of the wall. He came when he said he would, got the job done right, and was reasonable. What more could you want? So, this time when one of my springs broke I didn't hesitate to call him again. Same story. Very prompt, got it done, no problems whatsoever. He is also a very nice guy. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be more pleased! My poor old wooden garage door would no longer close at all, much less lock, there was a cable dangling, and all the rollers were shot. It was a mess, but no more! He was totally professional, was here when he said he would be, came the same day, cleaned up after himself, and went above and beyond the call of duty at EXTREMELY reasonable rates! I wish I could adopt him! If your old garage door needs help, or you need a new door, call him --- you will NOT be disappointed!
