He replaced leaking valves under sink. He also replaced the insides of the toilet tank. Before he left I questioned why the handle was so loose. It clearly wasn't working correctly but he told me that's how they work now. When flushed, the toilet continuously ran for a long time. When he had left, I flushed the toilet again and it ran without stopping. I called him and he told me he would be back at 4:30 the next day. No call, no show and no responses to my many messages I sent him. Not only did I loose money taking time off of work, I also had to pay for another plumber to fix what he never completed.

Today is the 2nd time we have utilized Ramlow Plumbing services Both times Steve has been professional and right on with his assessment of the problems. The first time he repaired a leak in a downstairs fixture as well as replacing worn parts in one of our upstairs toilets. Unable to schedule a drain clearing today, he recommended another company at our request. He put customer service / peace of mind / satisfaction above his own wallet, demonstrating he is a "class act" as a businessman.

I've used Ramlow on may occasions - and they always do a stellar job. They've installed a sink, cleaned drains of roots, installed a hot water heater and more. Always very professional and hard working. Very highly recommended.

For the price of $75 I feel we were ripped off. It seemed like the because we had a claim through our Home Warranty, the technician was prepared to do as little work as possible.

Steve Ramlow is the owner of the company. He is really good when it comes to getting the work done in a timely manner. He doesn't over charge and the pricing is good for the value of service that you receive. They are really clean and neat about fixing everything. They also clean up after themselves which is kind of unusual for a plumber. I also found that he does heating and cooling system maintenance too.

The technician arrived on time, a little early actually. He was punctual, courteous, and competent. He had all the parts he needed to fix it when he arrived. Price was not too bad considering what plumbers usually charge. I have used Ramlow Plumbing before and they are my first choice when I need plumbing work performed.

The service call went very smoothly. We have used Ramlow for our furnace several times. We were supplied with a home warranty when we purchased our home, and they are the heating/AC contractor we must use. We have been very happy with each service call from them, especially knowing they will be on time and professional. We are now looking to replace our dinosaur of a furnace and will be getting an estimate from them to do that. We definitely recommend them.

Overall it was a great experience. The plumber actually arrived about 30 minutes early and I had a call letting me know that prior to his arrival. He went to work right away and accomplished the work to my full satisfaction. Because the cost was part of the overall remodel, I wasn't able to break out their cost for this report. I would recommend them and call for any work I need done in the future.

RETURNED CALL PROMPTLY AND WITH MUCH COURTESY. THEIR SCHEDULE WAS BOOKED FOR 2 WEEKS, BUT DUE TO A CANCELLATION, THEY WERE ABLE TO SERVICE ME THE SAME DAY. THEY CALLED 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR VISIT (AS REQUESTED) TO ALLOW ME ENOUGH TIME TO GET HOME TO MEET THE TECHNICIAN. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, ARRIVING AT EXACTLY THE TIME GIVEN TO ME. HE EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS WITHOUT BEING CONDESCENDING OR RUDE. HE ALSO ANSWERED OTHER GENERAL PLUMBING QUESTIONS I HAD AND GAVE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROJECTS THAT I COULD HANDLE ON MY OWN AND THOSE THAT I WOULD WANT TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL HIRED. HE COMPLETED THE WORK PROMPTLY AND EXPLAINED WHY THE PROBLEM OCCURRED. HE ALSO EXPLAINED HOW MY HOME WARRANTY SAVED ME 3 X WHAT MY DEDUCTIBLE WAS AND PRAISED ME FOR HAVING IT. OVERALL, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH RAMLOW PLUMBING.
