Great. I enjoyed meeting her beforehand, and learned that she knows a lot about cats & how to care for them. She loves cats, and that’s the best recommendation.

Very well. In addition to feeding the cats and cleaning the litter boxes, Pamela brings in the mail, etc. and will water plants and do other small chores while she is at your home, which really is appreciated.

Excellent - Pets were happy and looked well cared for when I returned. Had Pam come 2x a day, 1x at 30 minutes and 1x at 15 minutes. Was impressed when initially met Pam. I had contacted Astrith's Animal Care LLC and set initial meeting with her. She brought Pam with has as she indicated Pam would be doing the job if chosen. Both were very professional and asked such thorough questions I would have never thought to ask. I have never used a pet sitter before and was very nervous. I had just moved to WI only 6-8 week before and really did not know anyone. Based on the initial meeting of both providers and my experience with Pam specifically, I would not hesitate to use in the future.

I met provider at our home and introduced our dog.  We went over the specifics such as how many times our dog needs to be let out and fed.  We actually walked over to the park where I walk our dog so the provider would know actually where we walk our dog.  I wrote a letter to our veterinarian to give him information on who would bring in our dog just in case there was a medical need, and a copy of letter was given to provider.  The provider was just wonderful with our dog and I plan on using her services again.She was very professional and she asked a lot of questions about how we want our pet cared for.

This was the first time that we had a pet sitter. I looked on Angie's list and found Pam & Astrid's service. I was very impressed with our first visit. They asked alot of questions and answered all of my questions, too. I have a 2 year old dog who has never been away from me and a very finicky cat. I was really worried about them, but Pam put all of my worries at ease. I would definitely use them again. I really want to thank you for a job well done. They made several visits during the day and even played with them. They were very  happy to set up a schedule according to my times of the day. Thanks again from me, Pawn and Sadie.

Everything went great! She even slept with my pups (and they don't even sleep with me any more). She responded to all of my requests and I felt so comfortable knowing she was here!

Pamela provides superior pet sitting services! I received an email from her almost immediately after first contacting her. When she arrived at my home, she oozed professionalism; I was very pleased by this. She was organized, easy to talk to, asked specific questions and took notes. Inquired about bringing in mail, watering plants, lights in home for security purposes. She met the cats, checked out all their haunts and even asked about their hiding places! Very wise I think. She was forthright and direct in all her communications. I immediately trusted her and felt her genuine love for animals. I felt safe leaving my pets and home in her care. I feel she charges a fair price for the work that she does. She was reliable and honest. My kitties - who are slow to warm up to new people- were their calm normal selves when I got home. She not only comes for twice a day visits when I need her to (one of my cats can only eat soft food and due to losing weight needs to be feed 2x/day), but she was also willing to bring in mail, turn lights on and off and make it look like I was home when I was gone for an extended trip.  She always leaves a note letting me know how they were while I was gone, she has promptly returned texts when I just wanted to check in and see how things were going.  She administers their medications, has helped me cut their nails and I have no doubt in my mind that if they ever needed medical attention while I was away, she would make sure they got to the my vet asap. Pam has truly been a God send and it gives me such peace of mind to know that she is the one caring for my furry family while I am away.  She goes far above and beyond on many levels and you can really tell that this isn't just a "job" to her.....she truly loves what she's doing.  She gives each animal the time and attention they deserve.  She has a fantastic business and I can't rave enough about how excellent I think she is.

Pam is a true gem.  I never have a worry when she is on the job.  I know she spends extra time with my pet and all of her time spent is quality time.  Sometimes I think my cat likes her best!

Pam is terrific. She never misses an appointment and always gives our dog a great workout. Bub, our dog, usually takes a good long nap after a visit from Pam.  Pam is also extremely flexible with scheduling and lets us adjust the number of the visits in a month depending on the circumstances. Pam also employs paypal, which makes payment a breeze.
My wife and I are both busy professionals and we are extremely lucky to have Pam in our lives. Having Pam around takes a big weight off our shoulders as we know that one of the most important members of our family is being well taken care of during the week.  

Wonderfully!! We have worked within Pam several times since we brought our new puppy home in March this year. She has always been here when she said she would, and has helped us out several times during last minute situations. It makes us feel so much more at ease knowing we have Pam to rely on. As always, everything was in perfect order when we got back from our vacation...plants were healthy, house was secure, basement was dry, and best of all, the old cat was happy, healthy, and a bit disappointed his boring owners had returned.  I will always bring Pamela back as long as we have pets!
