Our house was flipped in 2012 and we purchased the home in early 2013. The flipper used Pinnacle as their contractor and they added a new addition upstairs which included a brand new bathroom. It was shocking to us when we noticed water damage in our kitchen downstairs which is directly below the bathroom. After calling the insurance company they opened everything up and saw what extensive damage was caused by a terrible install of the tile shower. They said it was one of the worst installs they have ever seen. It caused water damage to our entire kitchen ceiling, our entire upstairs show had to be ripped out, and they said there was mold growth everywhere.
Thank goodness our insurance company was good to work with. I highly suggest anyone think twice before using this contractor.
