I have never EVER been let down by Werner. They have consistently gone out of their way for me and have some of the finest techs around. I will use Werner for all my needs for the next 17 years, if I live that long.

Herb arrived promptly. He is always friendly and does a great job. Leaves a reminder for next filter replacement. We have had him for several years and will continue

It was high quality work. My interaction with them was good. The price was very good.

I called and left a message the office was closed, they got back to me within 30 minutes, and then again 30 minutes later to let me know the arrival time of the technician. He arrived on time and quickly found the problem was the thermostat. He replaced it right then.

On the recomandation of my friend i cal this place. Lady who pick up the phone wasnt pleasant at all. she send repair man , he could fix it . Next day Icall again because we did not have heat. I asked for top tech to fix my problem. The most obnoxious guy walked in did not say a word. When I said do you talk he said iam looking. He was there about one hr. I start giving him questions about possibility of replacement he give me some info. He left and 3hrs later furnace did not work. Great Job I was frustrated and I dont wana call them any more!!! Not good service at all and Rick was toping on the cake!!

They installed a complete system. They added 4 new ducts to add airflow. I really didn't think they could do it but when they got done it looked like no one ever was there. They has tore move a old water heater to fit the new unit and they did that for n/c (well included it). I had a small issue after install and Rick the service Tech came back and fixed the problem. I have used them at our old house, new house and our shop. The prices are always very fair. They are very busy so the get the quality service they offer you may have to wait a few extra days. I have never used their emergency service but I know they offer it.

I had to call them because the furnace wasn't working. I called them Sunday afternoon and they called back first thing Monday morning to make arrangements to service the furnace. They came that day at 10:00 am to service it and they did find the problem and was able to fix it. Later that afternoon it stop working again and I called them back. They came back out that same day in a timely manner and was able to fix the problem. At no time did they charge us for a service call due to them doing the annual inspection. They are remarkable good. They are very prompt and courteous that I would highly recommend them to others.

I have used them for many years. They are very high quality and very reliable. They are also really not that expensive.

I called middle of Nov was told it would be done on Dec 3rd. I called on Dec 3rd and they had no record of this appointment. So we scheduled again for Dec 13 tech turned up, with replacement screen for humidifier and no unit. Tech was very good but was unable to complete the requested work as they had other scheduled work to complete. Furnace check up went well, no issues. Tech was very friendly and helpful. Office staff don't care about customers, or why they have a scheduled appointment. Now I am being told that I can't get the humidifier installed - 1-2hrs work until after the new year. Nearly eight weeks after I first scheduled this work. Asked for owner to call me back, still waiting for this call.

They were there within a few hours. The tech was very knowelegable and when I replace my anchient furnace I definately will call them for a quote.

We had just bought the home and we had this company recommended to us. They had very competitive prices. We did have a few quotes. They had the new system installed with no problems. We were treated with respect. Everyone was very polite. These guys really knew what they were doing; they made sure everything worked perfectly before they left. There was no mess left for us to have to clean.

They did a great job. They were super-nice, willing to do everything, cleaned up very well. Very professional, very nice. Price was reasonable. I'd use them again.

I have had a lot of trouble with the furnace in my home over the last 12 years. (J Werner did NOT do the install when the house was built) When at last I decided to get a replacement J Werner came over within 2 hours to check out the old furnace and then was able to install the new one same day so I never was without heat overnight. I met with several employees and they all were very first rate in helping me make an expensive decision.

Good response. Received four bids (one wanted to sell me a package without telling me the brand they would install), all in the same range. They were the only company that told me about rebates, supplier rebate and focus on energy rebates. I already received supplier rebate. Enjoyed working with all from Werner Heating.

J Werner has been inspecting the furnace every year since we built the house. They always do a nice job and we have not had troubles with the heating system.

RICK CAME TO LOOK AT OUR ELECTROSTATIC AIR CLEANER THAT HAD STOPPED WORKING. WE WERE TOLD BY ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WE WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THE CELLS FOR AROUND $500, AND IF WE'RE SPENDING THAT MUCH WE MIGHT AS WELL REPLACE THE WHOLE CLEANER AND WERE GIVEN A QUOTE OF OVER $900. RICK CAME OUT AND 45 MINUTES AND $80 LATER WE WERE GOOD TO GO. NEEDLESS TO SAY I'M EXTREMELY PLEASED!

I WAS AMAZED AT HOW QUICKLY THEY GOT THINGS DONE. THE SERVICEMAN WALKED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE INSTALLATION.
