He was responsive and got the job done well and on time.

We had a kitchen faucet that had restricted water flow. They were unavailable on the day I called, but scheduled an appointment for the following day. He arrived within the one-hour window that we had been given. It turned out to be a minor issue. A filter was clogged. It was the first thing he checked and the problem was resolved quickly. He was friendly and professional. This was the first time I have used Hagen Plumbing, but it is very likely that I will contact them again should I have any future plumbing needs.

They come on time,call if they are stuck in traffic, and they are very neat when doing the job. We have been very pleased with their work.

The plumber was great - very friendly and courteous. Cleaned up everything when he was done and also took the time to answer all my questions regarding not only this particular job but other plumbing inquiries I had. I have had Hagen Plumbing to my house twice before for other issues and have been pleased each time. I will be using them for all my future needs and have recommended them to others.

It went really well. I would give them all A's. They were very generous with their time and patience before, during and after the job. They answered all of our questions and gave us many recommendations. After the water heater and sump pump equipment was installed, they let us know how to work it and what type of things to expect with the new installation. My only disappointment was that the water heater had several scratches, nicked paint, and a large dent in it. I was worried this would void my warrantee after reading the fine print, and after they contacted the plumber, they assured me they would work with me if needed. The plumber even offered to replace the entire hot water heater and were very generous about the whole situation. The manufacturer then confirmed with me in writing that the external damage would not void my warrantee, so I continued with the current hot water heater. I plan on working with them again in the future.

Hagen installed a new kitchen faucet and disposal, as well as a powder room sink and faucet. I have also scheduled them to complete all related plumbing for my kids' bathroom remodel and to replace the toilets throughout our home. Their price was reasonable and I have been impressed with their efficiency and the work done so far.

I was able to get a next day appointment to have pre-purchased set installed. They were punctual, friendly, cleaned up when done, and there were no unexpected added charges. I would certainly use again.

Performed work in a timely and professional manner. Very good pricing. Had problem with a toilet that they installed that was NOT do to the installation. After finding the problem they only charged for parts and labor but waived the trip charge.
