Landscaping
The estimate was spot on, even though it took him longer than he thought it would. He was on time for the estimate and was delayed only due to the weather, you can't grade (at least well) a yard that is all mud. He removed a large birm, branches from a couple of trees that had to be cut down and a large mulched area. The yard was sloped to prevent water from coming towards the house. Afterwards the backyard looking like a golf course fairway it was so smooth. He gave great directions on proper watering and care. Post holes for the deck were also dug and he made sure they were the correct size.
