Liz helped me purchase a condo I was interested in. I highly recommend her. I realize there are many good realtors out there, but she was excellent and one of a kind. Professional, but at the same time, down to earth, personable and very easy to work with. She knows real estate and also home construction. She kept me informed on every step of the buying process , which has gotten very complicate in recent years. She gave me timeline of what needed to happen and when. She was always available for questions -I wish everyone communicated and responded as fast as she does -via phone, emails and text. In looking at the condo I bought, she pointed out things that may be issues and suggestions on addressing them. She was an advocate for me as buyer, when there were issues that needed to be resolved- such as a non-functioning water softener and bathtub , she made sure this was taken care of with the buyer. And helped to negotiate a fair price. I will be looking at selling a house next year, and this will be the agency to go through, as money wise it makes the most sense. They do not charge a commission or percentage of the sale- but they charge a flat fee, which can save the seller alot of money.
