Ok But over charged .Should of charged $200 but charged $400.That what other plummers told me.

Dave has always been very professional and responsive. He showed up when he said he would and took care of things despite the snow and freezing temperatures outside. The cost is reasonable and he is extremely knowledgable about mound systems. The last time we had him out was about 3 years ago on Christmas Eve. He was very nice about our pump's bad timing and came out to fix our problem quickly and professionally. So, with things like that, he'll be our first call the next time as well (and, with mound systems, there is always a next time).

Called in the morning. Dave personallly answered the phone. He was able to make it by noon. He tackled a tough job in a matter of a couple of hours. Extremely reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I called at 6 p.m. and was given the option of same-day service at an additional fee since it was after 5. Dave was completely up-front about it and it was worth it to me. He diagnosed the problem instantly and set about clearing the tree roots which were preventing the floor drain from draining. He answered all of my questions and gave me a suggested schedule to prevent the problem from recurring, and I will definitely take him up on it. Very polite and friendly, neat and tidy, professional as could be. I was rather frazzled when he first arrived (on time), but he put me at ease and I appreciate that.

Not only is their price high for the plumbing, they charge an exorbitant amount for travel. According to their information on Angie's List, the service does not have any travel charges.

The last voice mail I left him let him know that I am an Angie's List member and that it would have been appropriate for him to answer the phone and tell me he didn't service my area rather than hang up on me.

He did a great job!! Very prompt and showed up exactly on time. Did a good job and cleaned up his area completely. Polite and well mannered. Good with pets that are well mannered.
