Mr. Gerlach did not meet the terms of the agreement and refused to return the deposit. He was extrememly unprofessional and quite rude.

I can't speak highly enough of Tom and his work ethic and quality of work. He's a rare bird in the business and I am so grateful and feel so fortunate to have found him.

Confidence Builders did everything they said they would when they removed my old roof and replaced it. It was done on schedule, in a few days and the site was completely cleaned up with no damage to yard.  And the price was reasonable.

Tom showed up right on time and completed the job in a very professional manner.  This wasn't a big job but I was having trouble getting a roofer to even show up to estimate the job.  Tom showed up, priced it right and did a great job.

Very professional work.

I would use him again for a larger job if the situation warranted it.

They started when they said they were going to and then we had a heavy snowfall and we thought they might not be back until spring but as soon the snow melted they were back and finished the job including pickup of debris and disposal of dumpster immediately. We called in spring since we noticed debris in the gutter which you would not have been able to see due to snow last December. We called on Thursday and talked to the owner Tom and he came out himself the very next day to clean the gutters. Would definitely recommend their services and would definitely ask them to do more work.

Several start and stops due to weather. Rain came the day our job began. Tom's team went to great lengths to keep house dry. Clean up effort was extensive. I felt they went the extra mile to pick up after themselves. There's no substitute for integrity and honesty. Tom has both of these.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE AND PROPOSAL PACKET CONTAINED GOOD DETAIL AND INFORMATIVE MATERIALS. IF POSSIBLE, TOM GERLACH LIKES TO WORK WITH THE CREW A BIT TO SEE FIRST HAND WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS. CLEAN UP DURING AND AFTER THE JOB WAS EXCEPTIONAL. MY NEIGHBORS WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE EFFICIENCY OF THE CREW AND HOW CLEAN THE YARD WAS. WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE.
