There were a few frustrations. I asked to have my finger nails done first, so that they would be very dry before I left, as I had to take my cat to the vet next. Unfortunately, the last top coat was forgotten. I noticed a top coat being put on my toe nails and asked why that hadn't been done for my fingernails. They ended up putting on more polish, and then the top coat shortly before it was time to go. I was as careful as possible, but the polish still got smudged. Also, I changed my mind on the color. In the darkness of the store, I thought I was getting what I asked for, but out in the light, it was clear that the wrong polish had been applied. It clashed with my flowers. I also found that the cuticle trimming was painful and one of my toes bled. There was no pain during a previous manicure with a different staff person at this company. The massage was well done. I was given a $5.oo discount due to the problem with the top coat.
