Not great. After a poor quality and only half finished installation after 2 full days of work, the original installation team moved onto the next project as they are paid per project and our was only scheduled for two days. While we waited for the new crew (which we were told could be as long as 3-4 weeks originally) we had open tack strips, furniture left disassembled and doors to any rooms either fully removed or unable to be opened. After multiple angry calls to figure out why they thought it was ok to just leave our home like this for days, a new crew arrived and they were clear they would "do their best" but they couldn't make it look like it should because it was done incorrectly the first time. They did do their best and it is a huge improvement so now It looks...ok. I had better quality from Home Depot and likely less damage - thought I was going with a more professional option on the new home since it wasn't a carpet replacement to sell. After a week management finally came by to take a look at things and admitted issues with the original installers "this has been addressed before" and even admitted one of the members of the crew that was sent had been fired the day before they came so...clearly this was not their A team. After about 15 hours of my time, damage to my house, a "just barely ok" quality of installation (the pattern is crooked) and having to do a ton of the work ourselves we paid for (furniture moving, etc) - they offered us a $500 discount for our inconvenience - the total cost of project was more than $9,000. $500 is basically the cost of the furniture moving and more insulting than anything. We asked them to return our deposit and come pull up and take back all the carpet. Do not use this place if you care about your home at all. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. I had a really good experience with them and I really liked them.   

They came exactly when they said they were going to.

The installers were good the sales people were not.  There is only two people that work there which are the owners.  They have to answer phones, fill out paper work, show carpet and go to other homes to measure carpet, all at the same time they are helping you.  I also had to go back to get the senior discont in which the sales person said he had taken that off the bill in which he did not.  If you have questions or have to get a hold of the two people that work there forget it you will be calling all day.  Also the day the sales person (owner) was suppose to come and measure he called in sick. No, I would not go back they are over priced also.
