I woke up one morning to find a rather large puddle of standing water in my basement. I have only been in my home 2 years and had not needed plumbing services so I went to the phone book to find someone. This was after one of our huge rains and a number of companies said they would not be available. ANM said they would be able to assist the following day and could be there first thing in the morning. Of course, that evening my disposal sprung a leak (hole in outer casement). The next morning the office called at 7:30 to confirm that they would be arriving at 8am - I asked if they would also be able to replace a disposal and she said yes, they could put one on the truck. Two men arrived right at 8, discerned the problem with the leak in the basement (bad seal around vent at roof), put on a new seal, double checked the attic to make sure no problem there, and installed the new disposal. Very professional and courteous!
