He did not have the tools for the job and did not install the shower door.

They removed my old shower door (original from home, year 1991) and miraculously were able to install a new one. Even though the door we purchased (on our own from lowes) is lower quality, we at least have a nice new door. They were quick, efficient, and on time. They also took and disposed of the old door.

I contacted James Opsal several times about a stripping that had come loose on the shower door replacement. James said they would come out and fix it. I sent text messages and emails but never got a response. I finally received a response via text message indicating that he would come out and repair the door on 12/9. James never showed up or bothered to call. The shower door is still not repaired. Obviously, Hawthorne Glass does not stand behind their workmanship. I would never hire, nor recommend them to anyone.
