Flooring
Really unprofessional!!! I waited all day for them to come to my house to install flooring and they never came! In the afternoon I went to Lowes to cancel my order and they tell me they reached the owner over the phone. The owner told them that the installers cars broke down (it's 46 degrees in Dec today) and they never thought of calling myself of Lowes to tell me that they wouldn't be coming! Needless to say I will run the other way before doing business with them again!

Flooring
My husband and I are 72 and 82 and of all the contractors we have used over the years, they were the best at every aspect of the job. They were on time (arrived around 8:00 am). They cleaned everything up better than I could ever expect and were gone by 3:30 pm and it was all done, clean and excellent work!
