It's a good furnace but there was air leaking out between the coils and the furnace. When I asked him about it and requested the registration number and serial number of the furnace he became extremly sarcastic and nasty. He told me that no one else had asked for the serial number or the registration number. This number is needed to register for the warranty. He very reluctantly agreed to make a second trip to the house to retreive the number from the inside of the furnace. At this point he was finally much more cooperative . I also had to ask him to put the one year warranty in writing which he was very hesitant to do. I refused to give him the check until it was in writing. I now only have a receipt with his signature scratched on it and the statement: Installed 95% Rheem furnace 60000. There is no number or address on this receipt. He did say that his secretary will send me another one on Friday.. I would not use him again.
