He was supposed to start work and he ended up calling and saying he had gotten sick. He started making excuses. We gave another date and time and he never showed. I confronted him to see what was going on and asked him to return our money. He had said once we return the tiles he would return our money. We did return the tiles, but we never received our money back. I reported him on the Better Business Bureau, contact 6, and took him to court. He never showed up for the court date. I have yet to receive my money back. I also heard from Contact 6 that they received the same excuses.
Description of Work: Robert Brown was supposed to be installing a kitchen floor, hallway floor, and half bath floor. We worked out the tiles of what was supposed to be. The total cost that we gave him for the tiles was $1,862.60.
