They poured the concrete right over the existing crumbling sandstone porch floor. They did not compact the soil, or wait for nature to compact before they poured the sidewalk. Now there is a 12" gap under my sidewalk. Cannot get them to come back out to fix/replace the sidewalk, let alone return calls. Guess you get what you pay for.

I would never use them again. I wanted to take out an ad in the paper to tell people to not use them but my wife wouldn’t let me.

What we got was a 2" dip variance across the whole floor, we are talking 1800 sq. ft. and not a level area making it impossible to lay tile over this. The shower stall ended up being the only level area which was supposed to be sloped! The owner came out and said it looked fine to him and would not do anything about the uneveness. Now we must find someone to fix his mistakes.
