We decided to replace the linoleum flooring in the main bath with tile. Everything went smoothly! We had a problem with a wrong lot number (our fault), and Mark went out of his way to correct it for us. He's great at communicating his schedule and issues regarding the scope of work. The quality of his workmanship was reflected in his attention to detail. He's very professional, and we would highly recommend him to anyone interested in his services!

He looked at the job and sounded professional. Asked for money up front and mentioned his crowded schedule. He didn't get back to us. He initially gave us excuses when we contacted him, even promised a refund, but then stopped responding. Complete and total fraud.

The overall experience has been horrible.  If you are tempted to do business with this company, please do your on-line homeowrk before proceeding.  When I did so after the fact, I found that I was not the only one to have an experience like this with Fox Valley Cermaic Tile, LLC.   Please note that this company also does business under the name Marky D's Custom Showers.
