WHILE THE OWNER AND ALL OF HIS WORKERS WERE NICE, THEY DID POOR WORK. THE SHINGLES WE WANTED WERE NOT INSTALLED -- THE COLOR WAS THE SAME, BUT THE WARRANTY WAS SHORTER. THE 3-TAB HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL ALIGNMENTS WERE ALSO BOTH "OFF" (WHICH IS NOTICEABLE IF YOU TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THE ROOF.) CLEANUP WAS OK, BUT THEY DID NOT LEAVE ANY EXTRA SHINGLES BEHIND IN THE EVENT THAT I MIGHT NEED THEM DURING THE NEXT 25 YEARS. ONE FINAL POINT: WE CONTACTED THEM IN APRIL, SIGNED A CONTRACT IN EARLY MAY AND WERE TOLD THAT THE NEW ROOF WOULD GO ON IN JUNE. THEY NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP IN JUNE AND SO I CALLED THEM. THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO THE JOB IN JULY. IT WASN'T ACTUALLY DONE UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST - WHICH WASN'T A BIG DEAL EXCEPT WE FELT THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE KEPT IN TOUCH WITH US.
