It was pretty good there were some glitches that I was not happy about.

Scott Szczerbinski helped work through a variety of quotes and contractors. One quote was for $50,000. The workmen were professional, neat and accomplished. The outside was as undisturbed as possible. They made every effort to protect windows and the house and grounds while they were excavating and pouring concrete. Every day Scott would call to tell me what was being done that day and the time schedule. He also worked very well with a landscaping project that was being done after they completed different phases of the project. The best thing that I can say is that I felt he actually listened to the problems with the drainage and was the only contractor to deal with that problem, which obviously caused the other issues. Everything was done with great attention to detail and was done very well.
