I had not a good experience with the, I’m going to change my provider because of punctuality.  It took my appointment for an hour.  They were implementing a new computer system but it was something that should never take that long, an appointment should only take for only twenty minutes. I was there for an hour sitting around and waiting.  It didn't seem like the optometrist was like the nurse who came in and she did most of my appointment for me and she didn't seem to know what she was doing.  She was kind of messing around the computer program and that's one of the reasons that the appointment took so long.  They're very expensive.

Difficult to find an appointment time at the fox point clinic near my house to see Dr Pedersen (since I needed a contact lens fitting appointment) but once at my appointment all staff were very nice and timely.  Dr Pedersen was thorough yet efficient.  I was finished in about 30 minutes (I did not get my eyes dialated due to medical issues).  The computers were down so I paid a copay which was later refunded to me as I did not need to pay one.  I received a bill then in the mail for the contact lens fitting since they could not bill me that day.  I would have no problem returning back to see them in the future.

I actually went to the Premier Vision in Mequon, WI. I scheduled an eye exam with them and gave them my insurance info over the phone so they could pre-approve my visit. When I arrived they told me it was covered. They were on time and I had my exam done in about 1/2 hour. The problem was even though I told them I wanted a refill on my contact lenses they failed to tell me that my "contact lens fitting" was not covered under my eye insurance. So when the exam was all finished they tell me I owe $87 for the contact lens fitting. Of course if they had disclosed this before hand I never would have agreed to it, because my current contacts were fine, I just needed a refill. It was clearly a scam artist's move. Their explanation was "I am sorry, we normally tell people this before the exam". It was very poor. I would not go back to them, I would not recommend them, and I will not be buying any products from them.
