MIKE WAS FANTASTIC. HE REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO REVIEW OUR SITUATION. SOME CLEANERS INSIST ON USING DRY-CLEANING FLUIDS TO CLEAN WHITE COTTON BUT THE SMELLS REALLY BOTHER ME. MIKE SUGGESTED A COUPLE OTHER WAYS TO CLEAN IT WITH MINIMAL ODOR. THE END RESULT WAS COUCHES THAT LOOKED LIKE NEW WITH NO RESIDUAL ODOR. I HAD A DIFFERENT CLEANER COME TO CLEAN IT FIRST BUT THEY WOULDN'T EVEN TRY BECAUSE OF THE WHITE COTTON FABRIC - EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY COULD ON THE PHONE - ARGH. A YEAR AGO I ALSO HAD SOME CLEANER RUIN A WHITE COTTON SOFA. THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY ENDED UP BUYING THE COUCH FROM ME. SO, THIS WAS NOT AN EASY JOB. HE WAS ALSO GREAT ABOUT RESPONDING TO PHONE CALLS, SHOWING UP ON TIME, AND SCHEDULING AROUND OUR PARTICULAR TIME CONSTRAINTS. I COULDN'T POSSIBLY ASK FOR MORE.
