I had been having him come out every week, then every other week. I asked him if the tank was getting full and he said that it was starting to. Then he started coming every 6 weeks. He had charged me $75 at first, then when we changed it to every 6 weeks, he bumped my price up to $80. I found out that the law was for a company to come, at the minimum, every 6 weeks. And I only had 2 people living here at the time. So for almost a year he had been coming every week, when really he only needed to come every 6 weeks. It should be noted that when he was coming every week, I was living her alone. So less waste. When he came here this time he got mad initially because I wouldn't let him drive into the yard. When he had come before he was able to drive right into the yard. However I have had my whole front yard re-done, so I didn't want it torn back up. He also started yelling front yard. Yelling at me that if I couldn't pay for his service that he would leave. He started picking things up in my yard and started throwing them. Then my dog went over to him and he picked up my dog and threw her across the yard! I am having roof work at the same time and he even picked up some of the roofers items and threw them as well.
