ceramic tile
 + -1 moreHe did not show on time. He took half of the money up front. He has not given it back. He was supposed to start July 23rd. He gave me four start dates and he finally came on Saturday unprepared without tools. He said he would come back with a saw or my check and he did not do either. He is unprofessional and unreliable.
Description of Work: He was hired to install granite and stone tile for me.
