The first two pick-ups and deliveries were fine other than their receptionist being difficult. The third dumpster was picked up way too late and the receptionist was even more difficult to deal with. We had some leaking of the first two but we were able to get the stains out right away. We became very aware of the minor stain possibility so we watched the rain forecast. With rain in the near forecast we asked that the third dumpster that we rushed to fill be picked up ASAP. It took 5-6 days before they came. The receptionist was even more rude when we called to see when they were coming. Meanwhile it rained a great deal and the driveway was stained a very dark rust color in a 6 foot square area. When Source picked up the dumpster hundreds of gallons of rusty water poured out of the back and stained a huge area of concrete driveway which is only a couple of years old. We contacted Source and they refused to do anything to help saying that it was not their fault. We have tried virtually everything to remove the state to no avail.

The storage unit is clean and we were not worried about storing our furniture inside. It is a tight fit with both the dumpster and storage unit in the driveway. The drivers for both were courteous and very accommodating as to where and how we needed them parked in the driveway. We have used other disposal services in the past and the drivers were not very accommodating.

The driver had impressive driving skills.

The driver first attempted to place dumpster in driveway, but was too long. The city regulations does not allow a dumpster to extend onto the sidewalk. The one they delivered extended about 2 feet onto the sidewalk. We then decided to place the dumpster on the street alongside the house, but we did not have the appropriate license, so the dumpster could not be place in street. We were not informed that the permit had to be obtained before the dumpster was delivered. The driver suggested we place the dumpster on the front lawn, but I was hesitant to do so as I didn’t want the lawn torn up. The driver ensured me that it would not if we placed some wood planks under the wheels before lowering onto lawn. The driver went to the garage with me and we found what turned out to be suitable pieces of wood to used. The drive then dropped the dumpster onto the wood planks and there was absolutely no damage to the lawn.

The whole process was very smooth. I was completely satisfied.

Placed order online one suggestion would be a notes section on the website for any notes about dumpster placement. (Just put the info in the address field) Had a follow up call from the office for clarification on the drop-off location and delivery times. Dumpster was delivered on time and picked up on time however the drop off location was the opposite of where it was requested. Would recomend to be home/supervising when dumpster is droped off to be sure it is placed in correct spot. Inspite of this overall was a good experience though.

This is the second time we have used Sorce. Last time I called a lot of places, this time I just called one. They only needed 24 hours advance notice for delivery or pick-up. The driver was courteous and placed the dumpster right where I wanted it.

My first call to them got every question I needed answered. They were helpful in picking the correct size and shape for the job. They delivered it right on time, let us have it for a longer time than others, picked it up when promised and the price was better than others I called.
