OTTO PAAP CO INC

I dropped off my mower and it took them about 3 weeks to repair the mower. Seemed like quite a long time, but they are pretty busy there. The first time I used it after the repair, it stopped running and I couldn't get it started. Had to take it back to the shop. Some wire had come off and caused it to not start. They said I must have run over a bush or hit something with it. I have two trees and a big open lawn, so I think it was just not tightened property. They did repair it and did not charge anything additional, which I appreciated. Took a day to have them repair it.

I dropped off the tractor because they charge $40 for pick up & delivery. They seemed a little disorganized but helped me unload the tractor off of the trailer. I asked that the tractor be kept inside while it was at their shop but am not sure that happened because it was still outside in the rain when I left. After 3 weeks I called to check the progress of the tractor & was told that it was complete. Not sure how long I would have waited for a call back if I had not initiated contact. The tune up & repair was adequate but they did not do anything special or even clean up the tractor for that matter.
