THE TEAM WAS VERY EFFICIENT WORKING OVER 12 HOURS THE FIRST TWO DAYS AFTER MY SEWER BACKUP AND OVER 8 HOURS THE THIRD DAY. LINDA WAS SO HELPFUL (EVEN WHEN MY INITIAL CALL WAS AT MIDNIGHT ON A SUNDAY NIGHT) WHEN I CALLED FOR THEIR SERVICE. THEY WORKED DIRECTLY WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY SO THE BILL WAS ONE LESS HEADACHE THROUGHOUT THIS DILEMMA. NORMAN WAS THE LEAD ON MY BASEMENT PROJECT AND HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING OF MY LOSS AND WORKED HIS TAIL OFF TO GET MY BASEMENT IN GREAT SHAPE. TOMMY AND NORMAN HAD THE HARDEST JOB OF ALL CARRYING ALL THE WET CONTENTS OUT OF THE BASEMENT AND TO THE TRASH. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, ON TIME, WORKED SO VERY HARD ON MY BASEMENT AND WERE SO UNDERSTANDING OF MY "MELTDOWNS" AND GAVE ME SPACE WHEN I NEEDED IT. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY EVER TOOK A BREAK TO EAT; IF THEY DID IT SURE WASN'T FOR LONG.
