.We used them several times this year. We had several hundred dollars worth of clothing sent in January and they received it from us in April. I have nothing bad to say about them. They did a good job. They packed the clothes properly with non-static bags. They were friendly and professional. They helped us carry our stuff to the car. I would use them again
