Recently I contracted Suburban Asphalt Co., Inc. to reseal a 14,000 square foot residential asphalt drive-way.  They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price and merit a high recommendation for that alone.  Shortly after my job was completed, however, a visitor's automobile leaked a considerable amount of engine oil on my freshly finished surface.  To make matters much worse, the car's tires ran over the pool of oil and tracked it for more than 100 feet up the drive.  Every few feet there was a tire track.  My problems were only beginning, however.  I decided to use a liquid product for removing oil from asphalt...unfortunately it removed the black seal as well.  Now having a major problem, I phoned Josh at Suburban Asphalt in order to enquire if there was a product that I could purchase to "paint" over the many stains.  He immediately informed me that he would send out a technician to repair the problem...AT NO CHARGE!  I still am overwhelmed and truly appreciative of that incredible level of customer service!

Before retiring I was the CEO of a service company with hundreds of thousands Wisconsin clients so I believe that I know and can appreciate customer care.  Suburban Asphalt Company, Inc., exemplifies the highest standard of customer satisfaction and professional excellence...they should be highly congratulated!

They provided a solution that worked for us while other contractors wanted to take out the entire driveway. This was much more cost effective and has worked perfectly.
We are having them back again this year to top coat.

I was too busy caring for my husband going through cancer treatements. We met to discuss what would be done. They simply did what they promised, when they promised. Very refreshing.

Came on time. Good job. Will use again.

Called for qoute and they came out and gave one. A couple of days later they came out and sealcoated my drive way after I called them back and told them they were the cheapest qoute. They did a great job.

* The 10'x25 new asphalt is not level graded. When parking my boat next season will need to use tire stopper
* Created several cracks on the drive way. Contractor claimed it is because the aging driveway although it was newly resurfaced
* Promised two times to haul away torn down old basketball hoops but never show up

The job went well overall with prompt estimate and well-executed work. Only criticism is it would have been nice to have been better informed as to when the work was going to occur as the time drew near. No problems occurred, however, and I am pleased with the work.

We got quotes last year from three companies and settled on Suburban mostly on price. They were prompt and competent. They told us to seal the driveway in a year. We did.

They went above and beyond! Did great work.

They came when promised and did an outstanding job. All the workers were very professional. When a minor puddling problem was pointed out on the new driveway, they immediately resolved it.

Looks great and has held up well. The only issue was cutting an existing low voltage line that runs under the driveway. They did the repair and it worked for a year but is now not working because moisture has seeped into the connection. Haven't called them back yet to fix it but I am sure they will be responsive as they were in the past

They were very low priced, prompt, and worked quickly. They ripped out the old driveway the first day and then installed the new one the next day. It is still still smooth as of today.

They did the job quickly and without a lot of inconvenience for us. Within 2 months the asphalt was cracking, and they blamed the dryness of the summer and tree roots. Perhaps they were right, I don't know. I asked them what they could do, and they came out with a blow torch to try and fix the cracks. They didn't really respond, they only came after I came called them numerous times. When I first evaluated them there were people saying there was a problem with their responsiveness, and I had a problem with it from the beginning.
